Our applications may request permission to access your camera, gallery, microphone, device storage, alarms, and notifications. These permissions are used strictly to allow you to record voice memos, videos, and photos of your assets, and to deliver your user-scheduled maintenance reminders for your own personal use.

Purchases are processed securely through Google Play. We do not access or store your payment details.

4. Global Data Rights & Privacy Compliance

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with global standards, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

• Access & Portability: You have full access to your data within the application and can export records and reports at any time.
• Deletion: You can delete specific records or uninstall the application at any time. Uninstalling the application removes all locally stored data from your device.
• Control: We do not track your location, monitor your usage patterns, or collect data for advertising purposes.

While we implement security measures within our applications, the security of your data also depends on your device security. We strongly recommend using a PIN, pattern, or biometric lock on your device to protect your "Mate" applications from unauthorized access.
